Start a Group and Build a Community!

“We are stronger together.”

Zoe Holistic Community is about planting the seeds of transformation, starting small, in homes and churches, and growing into thriving, life-sustaining communities.

Through Holistic Discipleship Cohorts, we gather in small groups to learn the principles of a healthy body, mind, and community, grounded in the life-giving teachings of Jesus. These groups are catalysts for change, places where we nourish the body with whole food, the soul with authentic connection, and the spirit with truth.

Every group is a step toward something larger: reciprocal, land-trust communities where families and children can flourish. By joining or starting a group, you become part of a grassroots movement to heal, reconcile, and thrive, together.

“Building bridges of sustainability through stewardship, reciprocity, and regenerative life.”

What Does a Holistic Transformation Group Look Like?

True change begins within. Before we can help others, we must become the change ourselves… allowing transformation in body, mind, and spirit. That is the heart of the Spiritual Transformation Cohort.

Cohorts are small, relational groups that meet regularly to:

  • Share Nourishing Meals — enjoying whole-food potlucks that strengthen both body and community.
  • Practice the Disciplines — engaging in prayer, study, fasting, worship, and rest as Jesus taught.
  • Serve One Another — offering meals after illness or a new baby, lending a hand with projects, or caring for those in need.
  • Grow in Wholeness — learning how nutrition, lifestyle, and stewardship affect health, while practicing emotional and spiritual resilience.
  • Build Authentic Relationships — creating safe spaces where honesty, encouragement, and accountability help us thrive together.

These groups are not just about information, but formation, becoming whole people who live out reconciliation, stewardship, and love in practical, everyday ways. From these transformed lives, the seeds of thriving families and reciprocal communities are planted.
