About Teresa Denlinger, FN, BCHN
Functional Nutritionist • Holistic Advocate • Founder of Zoe Mentor Ministries LLC & Zoe Stewardship Foundation (Nonprofit 501 (3)(c))
I am Teresa Denlinger, a Functional Nutritionist, Board-Certified in Holistic Nutrition (BCHN). After passing my board exam in 2020, I founded Zoe Mentor Ministries LLC, a private nutrition practice dedicated to helping people uncover the root causes of their health challenges and discover practical, life-giving solutions.
My journey into holistic nutrition began in 2007 when I personally experienced a dramatic recovery from debilitating fatigue, pain, and brain fog through Standard Process therapeutic supplements and targeted dietary changes. That transformation inspired me to leave my banking career and pursue functional nutrition as my life’s calling.
My Approach
I combine the principles of root-cause functional nutrition, clinically necessary therapeutic supplements, and practical lifestyle strategies to support the body’s natural healing capacity. Services may include:
- Nutritional Response Testing & Functional Labs to evaluate sensitivities and deficiencies.
- Personalized Reports that simplify complex health information and provide questions/talking points for your doctors.
- Holistic Health Advocacy to help clients prepare for surgery, navigate medications, and integrate nutrition and lifestyle into their medical care.
- Individual 1×1 Nutritional Counseling to create sustainable, everyday health practices.
This is not about replacing your doctor. My role is to educate, assess, and advocate so you feel confident and supported, while your medical team remains central to your care. Together, we bridge nutrition, lifestyle, and medicine for whole-person wellness.
My Heart & Vision
The name “Zoe” comes from the Greek word for life. My passion is to empower others to live the abundant, thriving life God designed; in body, mind, and spirit. Using biblical guidance, organic whole foods, and targeted therapeutic-grade supplements, I often begin with a cleansing and nourishing foundation such as a 21-day purification. Many clients find this process to be a catalyst for healing.
As a disciple of Jesus, I believe the mind, emotions, and spirit are inseparable from physical health. Our beliefs shape our choices and affect how we steward our bodies, which Scripture reminds us are temples of the Holy Spirit.
Food also connects us socially. Having lived through food sensitivities myself, I understand the isolation many feel when dietary restrictions complicate gatherings. That’s why I long to see communities where people can thrive together, supporting one another in health, faith, and authentic relationships.
Stewardship & Community
In addition to my private practice, I am the founder of Zoe Stewardship Foundation Nonprofit 501 (3) (c), a nonprofit dedicated to creating affordable, sustainable, regenerative, and reciprocal communities through land trusts. Our mission is to advocate for holistically healthy families, especially children, by fostering environments where people can thrive physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
I donate 25% of all practice income to support this work. By working with me, or by purchasing supplements through my Fullscript dispensary, you are directly helping to build stronger families and healthier communities.
Let’s work together for healthy, thriving communities.
